Accountability

The Springs (and it's pastors) have a number of real-world checks and balances to keep us on track. There are 3 senior leadership teams at the church: The Elders keep us on track with our vision, oversee ministry, and hold our pastors accountable for their walk with Christ, moral uprightness, and in staying the course of where God wants us to go togther.

The Church Staff leads and directs the weekly ministries of the church and is responsible for planning, programming, and keeping the ship afloat in all of its ministry facets.
The Financial Team oversees and directs all the financial activities of the church, and is responsible for budgeting, setting salaries, and financial accountability. All offerings are counted with two people present and all checks are double signed for greater accountability.

In addition to these internal accountability structures, Bob meets with an accountability group each week (and has done so for more than 2 years). The relationships in the group are deep, lasting and transparent.
